I have very sensitive arches and was a little wary of these as the arch support seems to be pretty substantial. However when I had them in my sneakers, they were perfectly proportioned and the gel cushions are AMAZING! I lucked out and received these from Influenster for free for review and I got them a few days before a week long visit at Disney. Walking around and sometimes running around with my two daughters was a breeze with these inserts. My feet did not hurt once the whole week and that's saying something as I've said before my arches and feet are sensitive. The inserts come one size and you have to cut them down to fit into your shoes. It's very easy to do and the directions are very easy to read and understand. You remove your old shoe inserts and line up to the back of the Active Series Inserts and take a marker and mark the back of the new inserts. Then you just cut along the line you made and insert into your sneakers! SO simple and easy. I really have to say these are amazing. And the packaging says they should be replaced every 6 months or so which is a great value for the money invested in purchasing these. I honestly wouldn't of purchased these prior to trying them just due to the cost, which is a bit more expensive then basic inserts. But I have to say the cost is worth the comfort and the durability. I can't say enough about these inserts! You have to try them!!
